BioRA Compressed
Biodegradable product for the production of prestressed components. Protects steel moulds against corrosion. Efficient, and resistant to high temperatures and water, made based on a dearomatised, odourless solvent.
Usage
For the manufacture of prestressed parts using metal formwork
– tracks, for high temperatures. Do not use for rubber moulds.
Advantages
Perfectly releases concrete elements leaving clean moulds, and
additionally secures and protects against corrosion. Does not
contaminate machines or their components. Odourless.

lnstructions for use of BioRA Compressed
The optimum layer of impregnating and separating product should be applied by pressure spray or high-pressure sprayer to the previously cleaned mould.
Pressure 3-4 bar is recommended; TG 0.5 – TG 0.7 nozzle.
Spray from a distance of 30 – 40cm. Leave for a minimum of 5 minutes for the volatile phase of the product to evaporate leaving a thin oil film.
